How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Yes they are comfortable. Less hitchy instead of pad. Finally we get a high absorbing material on the front. For my case I bleed more in front instead of back.
But, The back don't stay tight at the skin. So is like having something not fix who follow movement. The underware feel like floating. So I put one of my underwear over, to keep everything in place.
If the underwear will be more thing at the butt, I think that will be the best improvement. But for now, that what I dislike of this.

For many women, these types of underwear are a necessity, and I do appreciate that companies like yours exist. I’ve been on the hunt for underwear like this for over a decade.
That being said, for the price point, it’s unbelievably frustrating to receive underwear that shows through all of my pants and cannot be returned. Unfortunately, the design feels extremely flawed. Not only do you get a regular panty line, but you also get a pad line from where the leak-proof material ends. The leak-proof layer should expand over the entire panty so you don’t end up with double lines in both the front and the back. There is also folding and chunking of material right around the groin area, making it very obvious what you are wearing.
Women want to remain active, go to the gym, and exercise. Being able to wear protective underwear allows us to do the things we enjoy without feeling like we're missing out. Unfortunately, these don't make the cut because you cannot wear them with gym clothes—they are best suited for loose sweatpants where panty lines don't show.
It’s extremely frustrating considering I ordered three pairs, spent over $100, and now cannot return them.
