How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I suffer from 2 uterine fibroids as a result I get extremely heavy flows. On my heaviest days I use disposable underwear because I can’t be bothered with rinsing these underwear. These can’t keep up with my heaviest day. I use it for day 4 and 5 when I start to have a lighter flow or spot. I am very impressed because I can wear these for 8 hours at work and have no smell or deal with changing a pad or anything like that. I do notice though that even with the black, you can see the blood on the liner and it’s not completely dry- so I do feel a little wet by the late afternoon wearing these. But I love how these feel like regular underwear and they are invisible under clothes. I recommend getting 2 pairs so you can rotate.

I've seen these floating around the internet for some time and finally decided to take the monetary plunge to try them out. I love them! They're soft and comfortable. Not sweat-inducing. The coverage is incredible and has literally saved me and my sheets this month. They're quite absorbent and seem to work best on their own without any help from a pad which can get in the way and redirect your Flo outside of where it should go. I highly recommend!

I have not had the occasion to use this underwear as yet; they were purchased to be taken on a trip with the hope that I actually won’t have to “test” their effectiveness. I generally do not have leakage problems but with required diuretic blood pressure medication I want to be prepared while on a tour in the UK. I am wondering if I should test out this underwear before my trip to be confident of its protective capabilities. Any thoughts??
