How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I bought this underwear because they got so many good reviews, but having now worn them for one day, I just don't get it? They are smooth and seamless BUT there is virtually no elastic around the legs so they ride up your bum almost immediately. I spent most the day pulling them down over my bum cheeks, and the worst part is that when they ride up, the waist (which does have a strong elastic) just rolls down. What these underwear need is an actual elastic around the legs to prevent them from riding up, AND yes, I did buy the correct size. Size is not the issue here; faulty design is.
