Size and Fit Guide
How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Its a great product. I got the blue one first and then the black one. I am definitely enjoying my sleep with them at night.

Comfy and cut just right. The detail with the lace made me feel cuter than I ever have on my period before/flattered my thighs, but best of all: they work. I hesitated to purchase sooner because I have bought scam period panties in the past that were just panties with like one extra layer of fabric. This is real protection.
MGMae G.Verified BuyerReviewingSuper Leakproof® Mini Dream Boxer™ - Rated 5 out of 5 starsYesterdayWithout a doubt, the best incontinence underwear I have ever used
I’ve tried five different kinds of incontinence underwear and Knox is definitely the best. If I have an accident, the urine is like sucked right away from my skin. It gets so quickly absorbed by the guess of the panties that I don’t feel it, which then gives me time to go and change into a new pair without the uncomfortable feeling of the urine going cold.

Feel safe from leaks while wearing these cuties to bed.
MDMichele D.Verified BuyerReviewingSuper Leakproof® Mini Dream Boxer™ - Rated 5 out of 5 stars1 week agoHeavy flow approved
I was skeptical that these would hold up as I usually go through a few ultra tampons in a days time. I was pleasantly surprised that they lasted on for 10 hours on their own, and could have been worn longer without any inkling of leaking. They are a little short but still comfortable, would definitely recommend!
