Log in to your account and head over to the rewards page. You will be able to see how many points you have to spend & redeem on rewards in The Rewards Shop. Add your reward to cart & checkout! Rewards (including discount offers and product rewards) are applicable only with a qualifying purchase and cannot be redeemed independently.

Yes, you will be able to earn points any any purchase you make in-store. 

To see how many points you’ve accumulated, log in to your account on the Rewards Page and your balance will display at the top!

If you return products for a refund, the points from purchasing those products will be deducted from your total. It may also affect the VIP tier you’re in (i.e. if your purchase put you into the Passionate Badass tier but you return $100 worth of product and your annual spend is now $150, you will move down to the Champion Tier)
