How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

These did not work as intended. They do not stay on the thighs. They immediately roll up into the inguinal area, creating a thick roll of material, and at the same time leaving the thighs uncovered. The lateral side stayed down for a few minutes longer, but after an hour or so of walking that side was also rolled up. They are also extremely high waisted, so the wearer needs to want their underwear up around their armpits. I do not usually write reviews, but I was very disappointed in this product. It is not up to the company's usual standards in my opinion.

My only grip is I'm normally a medium or large in Knox bottoms but if I want to wear these under a lower rise skirt I have to size up to a XL to be able to comfortably roll the thigh savers waistband down. Other than that they are super comfy and the thighs don't roll up in L or XL on me!

I had to size up from my regular size (which was medium), as the large actually has a 4” inseam (small and medium don’t). Size medium inseam rode up on me. The large are perfect and don’t ride up.
