How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip

I don’t know if it is intentional but the liner isn’t attached on the sides at all which leaves it swinging like a hammock. I love other fabric and styles but this one is not for me.

Product is true to size. Love the color and fit. But: the “pad” inside is only sewn in on the front and back ends and can move around a lot. I found this moved so much and caused a lot of leakage. The back seem of the pad hits at a weird height in the back (straight across the bum) and feels tight compared to the comfiness of the fabric. Unfortunately I do not recommend.

I like the cotton fabric but these feel like wearing a panty liner with no adhesive backing . I’m not sure why you wouldn’t sew down the “pad” to the shorts so the liner is secure. The dream shorts are far superior IMO.
