How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Good quality. Haven't usded it yet, so I can not speak about the absorvancy, but it looks pretty well made, and I am happy with this purchase. My daughter is using it for sports and she liked how they felt when she trued them on. Price is high, though, even though I got them on sale, but I think it is worth it. .

I love these, there very breathable and comfy and the color is very pretty. I bought the XL that fits perfectly around my hips and legs with no circulation cutoff but the waist is a tad too loose. It would be awesome if the waist was tighter as I am always pulling them up. For reference I am 47 inch at the hips and 38 inch at the waist which are basically the measurements for an XL so maybe they run a tad too big but the hips and below fit perfectly so I am torn.
