Wearing an unpadded bra, wrap a measuring tape around the top of your ribcage. You’re looking for a snug fit - so we recommend tightening on the exhale and noting the smallest measurement to the decimal.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is paralell to the floor. Relax your shoulders and measure where it falls.

I'm a 34 G or H and the sizing by my measurements told me to order the 38DD size (size 7). It was way to loose in the band and too small in the cups. I am a bottom heavy breast shape so not sure if that has anything to do with it. I don't know why on earth they have you add 4 inches to your band size. Otherwise I can tell this would be quite supportive and comfortable. I'm going to try a different size.
