How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I was excited to see Knox had thongs to wear during your period. Great idea, but they’re just not very comfortable for to wear for anything more than 10 minutes. I found out they they rub, which isn’t a very nice feeling, if you get what I’m saying. And they don’t stay in place. I’m a XL and I had a big issue with riding up. For me there just isn’t enough of the period material to make me feel safe. I’ll have to stick to the other styles.

Really wanted to love these as thongs are what I'm most comfy in, but alas! The absorbant pad is wayyy too far forward, meaning that I'm constantly adjusting to keep it in place, making it really easy to bleed into your clothes. I would recommend buying a different cut, as the panties are otherwise well made, easy to clean, and absorbant.

Ive used knix period underwear for a couple years now. Started with bikini cut and was happy with them, but wanted to try the thong because I wear thongs exclusively for non-period underwear, and didnt like the lack of breathability on the back side of the bikini cut.
My flow is quite light, so I was very disappointed when I leaked outside of the pad section of the thong period underwear, I assume due to it not staying in place. I find the thong version to be very uncomfortable; I am constantly adjusting them throughout the day. Somehow they feel bulkier than the original bikini cut.
I tried to love them but will not be wearing them anymore. :(

The leakproof pad sits way up front on the thong, so when I’m wearing it normally I’m half bleeding on the pad half on the underwear/my pants. I do not recommend the thongs from this website, but the other undies are great!
